On 9 December, we held a drop in event on building heights and massing. This event offered participants the chance to learn more about the different considerations when designing the proposals, including heritage, daylight and sunlight, and overlooking. It also gave people a chance to have their say on where they think taller and lower buildings should be located on the St Ann's new neighbourhood site.

Please click here to view the consultation boards shown at the event.

This survey will be closed on 31 December 2021.

  • On 15 July, we held a workshop at Chestnuts Community Centre to discuss some specific aspects of the proposals with local people, including open space, transport, and community and commercial uses on the site.

Whilst some aspects of the proposals are fixed, either due to the need for the proposals to align with the brief set out by the Mayor of London or due to the London Borough of Haringey’s planning policies, there are opportunities for the community to influence the proposals.

We know that not everyone would have been able, or felt comfortable, to attend an in-person workshop. You can therefore see the presentation that was shown to participants in the design workshop below. This gives an overview of the plans in these areas.

After you have viewed this presentation, please do participate in the below survey to give your ideas on these aspects of the proposals. Your ideas and feedback will help to shape the proposals as we begin to firm up the details of our plans for St Ann’s New Neighbourhood.

  • Our second Design Workshop, on 29 July, focused on sustainability throughout the proposals for St Ann's New Neighbourhood. Our sustainability consultants, Bioregional, talked visitors through their One Planet Living model for how we can all live happy, healthy lives within the limits of our one planet. Together, they discussed how the model applies to all aspects of St Ann's New Neighbourhood and the community's suggestions for putting it into practice.

Please read through the boards from the event below, and then fill in the survey to give us your suggestions.

Our architects, KCA, and landscape architects, Adams & Sutherland, talked visitors through the proposals and the feedback received from Design Workshop One and asked a series of questions on the revised plans.

We know that not everyone would have been able, or felt comfortable, to attend an in-person workshop. You can therefore see the presentation that was shown to participants in the design workshop below. This gives an overview of the plans in these areas.

After you have viewed this presentation, please do participate in the survey to give your ideas on these aspects of the proposals.
